symphonia petit manseng

symphonia petit manseng

Picked on a cool Autumn morning, the grapes spent ten days on skins with stalks, partially crushed. After pressing, ageing took place in older French oak for six months. Bottled in August 2017.

Pours a hazy, honeyed orange with a rose hue. Floral nose with apricot, nutmeg, green pepper and almond. The palate is all about leatherwood honey, subtle sweet spice, and tangelo acidity wrapped in fine, savoury tannins. We think this is perfect paired with grilled white fish with almonds, herbs and loads of butter.

Oh, and Andy is still looking for the tractor.
