“Lou’s knowledgeable and gentle, hands on approach really protects the integrity of the fruit and allows the grape to shine - as it should. This wine speaks strongly of place and is a textural delight. The mineral characteristics are in perfect harmony with the bright stone fruit characteristics. My favourite - hands down.” - Laura Smellin, The Hot Chicken Project, Geelong.
