Fervor in Esperance

One of the most memorable dinners that we’ve ever collaborated on was with Fervor for the 2018 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. Their authentic takes on the unique flavours of Australia are unparalleled and show not only respect for the ingredients but also for indigenous culture and the land itself.

We’re looking forward to welcoming Fervor to Esperance on the 30th November 2019 as they share native flavours throughout an 8-10 course dugestation dinner, hosted by Esperance Chalet Village and featuring our wines and ambrosia’s.
