Quandong Festival 2022
We’re heading to South Australia this August for a few collaborations and to participate in some workshops. On Friday 5th August 2022, Lou will be talking all things honey, ambrosia, expressing terroir through fermentations and why that matters to our beekeepers and to the sustainable management of natural ecosystems with Jake Leske from The Queen’s Cut.
On Saturday the 6th of August, we’re joining Tony Tenney from Flinder’s Ranges Apiaries to discuss bees and why they matter in a changing climate.
Plus, we’ll be popping up and contributing to dinners and events around the festival.
