Ambrosia Making Workshops with WAAS

We’re teaming up with WA Apiarists Society to deliver a number of ambrosia-making workshops so that you can learn about honey, ambrosia and mead. The workshops will cover a range of topics, including ambrosia and mead history and give you a basic understanding of the principles needed to make your own fermented honey-based drink through a hands-on session. We will also cover recipe ideas for ambrosias and you’ll get to take your own bottle of (nearly) completed ambrosia at the end of the second session.
